Frequently knife makers and equipment makers send us gear for evaluation. Because we offer these manufacturers real world testing by professional outdoors folk, the makers gain important insights into the performance of their products.

Check the link bar on the left and learn more about wilderness tested blades. We will be adding more as we go along. Most of these makers have passed the stringent Hoods Woods testing procedures and have been seen being tested and used in our videos.
